2. Products and Pricing

All products are crafted with care using precious metals and meet Portuguese quality standards. Prices include VAT and are displayed in Euros. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the rare event of pricing errors, Vera G will contact the customer to confirm or cancel the order.

3. Orders and Payment

Orders may only be placed by individuals aged 18 or over. Payment must be made in full prior to shipment, through secure third-party payment gateways. Vera G reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times are indicated at checkout. Vera G is not responsible for delays beyond its control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Please review our separate Returns Policy for details. Custom or personalized jewelry may have specific return terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including images, designs, logos, and text, is protected under Portuguese and EU intellectual property laws and may not be copied or used without permission.

Vera G is not liable for damages arising from use of the website or products beyond the scope of applicable law.

Returns & Exchanges

Customer happiness matters. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items can be returned or exchanged under the conditions below.

Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 14–30 days.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and certificates intact.
• Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or resized pieces are generally non‑returnable, except in case of fault.
• Earrings may be non‑returnable for hygiene reasons.

Condition of items

Returned jewellery must:

• Show no signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
• Not have been altered, resized, or repaired by a third party.
• Include original boxes, pouches, and any certificates.
• If an item is not returned in suitable condition, it may be sent back to you and no refund issued.

How to request a return

1. Contact: Email us at myverag@gmail.com within the return period, including your order number, item name, and reason for return.
2. Approval: You will receive confirmation and return instructions, including the return address.
3. Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original box and outer packaging to prevent damage in transit.
4. Shipping: Ship using a tracked and insured service. Return shipping costs are usually the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty
   

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm approval or rejection by email.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Original shipping costs are usually non‑refundable, except for faulty items.

Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange for a different size or a different item, let us know in your return request.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If the new item has a different price, we will invoice or refund the difference.

Faulty or damaged items

• If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48–72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
• After assessment, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund, including reasonable return shipping costs.

International returns

• International customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees.
• Clearly mark the parcel as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid additional import charges.
